HITEMA 20460 AF

HITEMA 20460 AF is a masterbatch containing a synergetic concentrated blend of antifogging additives in a polyethylene carrier, especially designed to its application in agricultural film. Its specific formulation improves the migration of the active agents, steering clear of the undesirable effect called blooming.

• Polyethylene film under use conditions sparking condensation of water droplets on its surface in agricultural application, such as greenhouse cover, double roofs, mini-tunnel.

• Contains special additives that making use of them leads to an effective and long-lasting antifog effect, longer than two crop campaigns, in applications like greenhouse cover.

• The additives added to the masterbatch does not affect to either the optical properties or the mechanical properties performance in the final product.

• Decreases the water droplets condensation on the film surface, in that way preventing the crops from the spoilt sparked by the lens effect and the development of fungal diseases triggered by the persistent water dropping.
